  1. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I sent tether from my coinbase account wallet to be sent to Bitpay tether in the amount of $400. It shows completed confirmed in coinbase but low and behold nothing in Bitpay. 03/02. I’ve sent 20 something messages now to Bitpay and the only response I get is twice they requested further info including the Hash and I responded with the information requested. To this day I cant get a single person to email me back. That’s $400 and it’s a lot to me. They down right stole it from me as I see the completed transaction on ññ. Etherscan Bitpay is a scam

  3. I am extremely disappointed with the support provided by BitPay. I was supposed to receive a refund of ~$71. Despite confirming that they would be issuing a refund of ~$71 in USDC to my Polygon (MATIC) wallet address, the refund never materialized. When I questioned their lack of follow-through, their support team provided false information with a couple links for their block explorer that didn’t work and then had the audacity to send me a link to my own transaction on Polygonscan (dated December 23rd), claiming it was the refund.

Despite the clear evidence that my wallet address has not received any funds (they can simply look at it through polygonscan but refuse to), the company stubbornly insists that they have already issued a refund.

It’s either incompetence or just scam – judging by the enormous amount of bad reviews I think the later. I don’t really care about the $71 to be honest, it’s just sad to see this kind of practice. The crypto space needs better companies than this.

  4. Do Not Use this Middle men. They will deactivate your account for no reason(well there reason is I have no activity since 2014- Non of their business thats the whole point of bitcoin.we keep it until the right moment). My lawyer along with TV presenter in the UK is working to shutdown this scammers .. AVOID aT all cost If you don’t want to lose money..

  5. have been weeks trying to get a card, I have invested so much time I don’t want to give up. I have come to part to upload Proof of address. I tried 5 docs over 50 times, it saves the doc but does not upload to system, I even left it overnight, no joy…

Even sent doc to customer support, whihc was a horrible experience. Different person each time, totally clueless, then some guy replies saying, I should upload the proof of address and marks the case “solved and closed”… Totally frustrating…
